While on an overnight camping trip Noddy, Tessie Bear, and Martha Monkey see a falling star land in the woods nearby. The trio must find a way to return the frightened star back to the night sky before it becomes trapped on the ground forever. When Sly and Gobbo kidnap the star, it takes some clever teamwork to bring the adventure to a happy conclusion.

Work on the Bobland Bay seaside town continues with a row of shops built using Bob's "Bob House" kit. When Bob splits the machines into two teams, he elects Scoop as leader of one team and Benny the leader of the other. When Benny's team starts to do better than Scoop's team, Scoop worries that Benny will replace him as Bob's number one machine. Eventually worried Scoop realises that Bob only made Benny leader so he could learn from the best - Scoop!

By displaying a little humility, he finds his way back to his new friends and that life in Bob's team is so much nicer!

Hector is delighted: Plum is back... our hero goes to great lengths, as do Mrs. Marsu and her family, to welcome Felicia Devort's niece. Of course, Plum is incapable of finding the campsite by herself, so in order to avoid any interaction with Felicia's henchmen, Hector and Plum decide to meet up at a predetermined spot in the jungle. But the reunion includes a surprise guest: Plum has brought along her brother. JULES! Jules is younger than Plum and Hector. What's worse, Jules is an unbearable brat, who goes to great lengths to annoy our heroes... The peaceful campsite rapidly turns chaotic as Jules does everything he can to sabotage the budding romance between Hector and Plum. Marsu also falls prey to Jules's hijinks when the bratty kid pretends the animal deliberately hurt him... In short, the "nitwit" that Plum brought to Palombia has wreaked havoc among our friends... But, when the "nitwit" gets lost in the jungle, it's a good thing our heroes are there to help...

When an attractive girl shows up at Torrington, Martin is sure he knows her. Turns out Martin does know this girl -- her name is Vivian Michel. She's someone who went to Martin's grade school, but more importantly, she's Martin's first crush. We see a flashback of how a young Martin tried to impress her but continually got rejected. The memories are comedically painful for Martin. He wonders if she sought him out so that she could reject him some more. Turns out it's just the opposite. Lisa has sought Martin out because she had a change of heart. She was too quick to judge him in the past. The more she thought about it over the years, they more she has come to realize that Martin is quite a catch. She wants to get to know him better. Martin is tentative at first, but once he realizes Lisa means business, he's all for dating her. Everyone notices a marked change in his personality. Martin begins acting nicer toward everyone. But... Diana starts to notice weird things about Vivian - most notable, she's acting like a lizard. Ultimately, Vivian turns out not to be Martin's ex-crush at all but rather a chameleon creature (the first monster Martin ever captured) who can change appearance in the blink of an eye. She's chosen the appearance of Martin's first love so that he can get close to him and carry out revenge against Martin. It's up to DJ&B to stop the creature before Martin is history. In a b-story, the gang finds Martin's Diary and aren't too pleased what it says about them.

In order to give his coolness-factor a serious boost (because he's having trouble with his usual girl-catching techniques), Martin decides to do what all teenage boys do at one time or another -- start a rock band! Enlisting Billy and Java to be his bandmates, Martin buys himself a vintage guitar to help him in his efforts. However, when Martin and the boys play their first gig, strange things begin to happen. Despite Martin's complete ineptness at guitar-playing, he soon finds himself the target of a flock of rabid girls. It seems that his guitar has cast a love spell on Torrington's entire female population (except Diana)! Will Martin have the strength to do the right thing when his wildest dreams finally come true? Or will he swear off girls forever? In a b-story, Diana starts a "Torrington low-tea society" so that she can be more sophisticated.

Ricky's parents want him to help Ethel find more friends, but it isn't easy, so he sets up a casting session at the studio. The auditions fail, so in desperation, he decides to borrow movie robot-girl "Betty" as a potential friend. It starts off well enough, but Ethel drives Betty crazy and she eventually blows a fuse and wreaks havoc in the house.
